This End-User License Agreement applies to the use of Tri City Tracker, an internal business application operated by Tri City Fabricators.
Purpose of the Application
Tri City Tracker is used by Tri City Fabricators for internal business purposes, including production management, order tracking, material planning, labor tracking, job costing, and related manufacturing operations.
Authorized Use
Tri City Tracker is intended only for use by Tri City Fabricators and its authorized employees, owners, and other authorized users. Users may access and use the application only for legitimate Tri City Fabricators business purposes.
QuickBooks Online Integration
Tri City Tracker may connect to Intuit QuickBooks Online to retrieve information used in Tri City Fabricators’ internal operations. This may include customer information, accepted estimates, purchase order references, product or part numbers, descriptions, quantities, due dates, and other information associated with customer orders.
Users authorize Tri City Tracker to access QuickBooks Online information only as necessary to provide these internal business functions.
Restrictions
Users may not use Tri City Tracker to gain unauthorized access to information or systems, interfere with the operation or security of the application, or use information obtained through the application for unauthorized purposes.
Ownership
Tri City Tracker and its associated application functionality are operated for the benefit of Tri City Fabricators. Nothing in this agreement grants a user ownership rights in the application or its underlying systems.
Availability and Disclaimer
Tri City Tracker is provided for internal business use. Tri City Fabricators does not guarantee that the application will always be available or free from errors. Users are responsible for reviewing imported information and business records for accuracy.
Termination of Access
Tri City Fabricators may restrict or terminate a user’s access to Tri City Tracker at any time when access is no longer authorized or appropriate.
